A leading global investment and technology firm are seeking a skilled communicator to join their communications team as an Internal Communications Associate, in their New York office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment, developing and executing internal communications strategies while gaining insight into the firm’s businesses and operations, with significant opportunities for professional growth.
The role:
- Develop internal communications strategies and programs.
- Collaborate across various teams, including the firm’s leadership, to draft key business updates and strategic initiatives.
- Help edit and improve communication, for example company-wide announcements, blog posts, live events and videos.
- Support process management and improvement, from idea generation through execution.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record, plus 2-5 years experience in communications, professional writing/ editorial role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in finance or tech is a plus but not required.
