External Communications Associate

Our client is a leading global investment and technology firm who are seeking a highly skilled communicator to join their External Communications team. This team plays a pivotal role in advancing strategic communications initiatives, supporting commercial and talent goals, and shaping the firm’s external brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across recruiting, communications, technology, and investment functions to deliver high-impact messaging.

• Develop strategies and narratives that support branding, marketing, and recruitment initiatives.

• Create compelling content, including video scripts, social media posts, conference materials, and other storytelling assets.

• Provide tailored communications support to business units across the firm.

• Translate complex technical and financial concepts into engaging, accessible messaging.

• Manage multiple creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring consistency and quality.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic and professional achievement.

• 2–4 years of marketing or communications experience, ideally within the investment, technology, or agency sectors.

• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and creative communication skills.

• Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with curiosity for brand-building and innovation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary in the range of $125,000 – $150,000, plus a guaranteed first-year bonus.
