Job Description

A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Coordinator to join its Litigation Business Development and Marketing team. This role will support the execution of strategic client development initiatives and enhance the firm’s market presence within the litigation practice.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Tracking

  • Support planning and budgeting for business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and monitor pitches, proposals, events, and webinars.
  • Track outcomes, share best practices, and maintain matter experience records.

Proposals & Client Engagement

  • Assist in crafting RFP responses, proposals, and tailored pitches.
  • Support the creation and refinement of client-facing materials.
  • CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate client records and practice group data.
  • Update internal systems and mailing lists to ensure precise targeting.

Marketing & Content Coordination

  • Contribute to newsletters, alerts, and other client communications.
  • Maintain and update web content and marketing materials.
  • Assist in preparing legal directory and award submissions.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or marketing, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/database experience preferred.
