As one of the world's fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies, our client is developing critical power and data center assets across North America. Success is not simply about securing land, power and capital. It requires the ability to build credibility with elected officials, regulators, economic development organizations, utility providers and local communities long before the first shovel hits the ground.

They are looking for a Community Engagement Lead to help secure stakeholder support for major infrastructure developments across the United States. Working alongside the Head of Public Affairs, you will operate at the intersection of government, community and business interests, helping the company navigate complex stakeholder environments and accelerate project delivery.

Are you an ambitious narrative creator with a proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into engaging, high-impact communications? Do you know how to build a voice that speaks clearly to customers, investors, and the broader market alike in an industry growing at pace? Do you want to be part of a company building the compute infrastructure powering the AI revolution?

Perhaps you're jaded by traditional corporate PR — where writing is routinely sanitized by dull, corporate tone of voice guidelines — and you want to scale a high-stakes narrative from the ground up, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

Comms Search & Selection are delighted to be appointed the exclusive search partner to Fluidstack in their search for a Communications Lead. This pivotal, foundational role will be responsible for building Fluidstack's narrative as they accelerate off the back of a $50 billion investment from Anthropic in American AI infrastructure, having been appointed to build the computing infrastructure at mutliple data centers across the U.S.
